My Shop is greyed out! What do I do?

If the Shop is ‘greyed’ out, please be patient! This means that your previous transaction is still being processed.

It may take up to 24 hours before you’re able to retry the purchase and have the content delivered to you! You’ll only be charged once (for the transaction that goes through).

To prevent issues like these in the future, always use the same device to purchase in game offers. If you try to purchase a Town Hall, Resource or Gem package on multiple devices, the system will only accept one, preventing the rest of the transactions from going through.

Please also note, that switching between your accounts while the Shop is greyed out could result in never receiving what you bought!
