Someone kicked members out of our clan! What can we do?

Little can be done retroactively when it comes to players kicking people. Players with a higher clan rank have the authority to kick out others below their rank. Elders can kick out Members, while Co-Leaders can kick out Members and Elders, and so forth.  Unfortunately we are not able to restore clan members to a clan they were kicked out from.

Of course it's never nice if players abuse their authority, but there aren't any rules against this. The best defense here is to promote with care. If your clan is set to 'anyone can join', you might want to restrict it to 'invite only' for better control over who enters. Consider adding Clan Mates that you like to Game Center, Google Play or even Facebook, so that you can find them again if you get separated.

Also, to limit this kind of behavior, we have added a 20-minute cool down to Clan elders after they kick out a player. This cool down should give the rest of the clan enough time to take action if members are abusing their power.
