How does chat work in Supercell games?

Many of our players enjoy connecting with one another through in-game group chat. We work hard to ensure that those interactions are safe and secure. 

No Supercell game features private chat, and we regularly display warnings against releasing private information. We are always updating a "blacklist" of offensive words and phrases, so they can be quickly found and removed when necessary.

If you see a player who is offensive in chat, you can use the automated reporting tool by tapping on the offending message and choosing "Report".

To report an offensive player name go into the player's profile, tap on the tiny icon after their name and you will see the "Report" button.

Using the Report button does not automatically end up in a ban for the reported user. However, every report is manually reviewed by our moderators and taken seriously. Due to the amount of reports we receive, it can take up to 48h until a report is reviewed.
