Why was I banned from global chat?

Clash of Clans uses an automatic report system to take care of the high number of different chat windows in the game. Several users have to report you within a certain amount of time to block you from the chat, and the same player can't report you twice. This means you cannot be blocked from the chat by just one person. 

All reports are made by our users and not by Clash of Clans staff. This ban is only in effect for 24 hours and you can access clan chat as normal during that time.

If you feel that you often get reported for recruiting, we recommend looking for new clan members on our Clash of Clans Facebook Page, or in the forums.
